We’re currently supporting a leading financial services organisation in their search for an experienced Account Manager to join their Account Management team. This is a key role acting as the primary point of contact for Advisers and internal Sales teams, providing support across new business applications, product guidance, and relationship management.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong product knowledge and relationship management skills to play a central role in delivering exceptional service standards while supporting business growth.
The Role
As Account Manager, you will work closely with Advisers, Sales teams, and internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new business and to provide expert support on products and operational queries. You will act as a key liaison between multiple stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities

Support IFGL Sales teams and Advisers with new business applications to meet service standards

Provide sales administration support to Sales teams and regional offices

Deliver product training and guidance to Advisers and internal staff

Act as a conduit between Advisers, operational teams, and the New Business team to resolve queries efficiently

Serve as a subject matter expert on products available for new business

Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to provide feedback on product features and development

Support networking and marketing events both locally and off-island

Monitor sales activity and produce management information and reporting
What We’re Looking For

Working knowledge of new business and operational processes for international investment or life insurance products

Solid understanding of international investment and life insurance products
-
Experience working with product distributors and managing stakeholder relationships

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Knowledge of UK Trust and Estate Planning structures advantageous

Knowledge of UK WRAP platforms and Discretionary Fund Managers desirable
