The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, supporting AML processes and corporate governance activities while contributing to the delivery of high-quality service across the business. Strong communication skills and attention to detail will be essential to succeed in this role.
The Role
As AML & Corporate Governance Administrator, you will support a wide range of compliance and corporate administration activities, including onboarding, due diligence, statutory administration, and regulatory reporting. This role offers exposure to both AML operations and corporate governance processes within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Processing new business applications

Reviewing customer due diligence documentation for individuals and corporate entities

Assisting with the preparation of customer risk assessments and periodic file reviews

Conducting screening and enhanced due diligence activities

Supporting ongoing monitoring requirements

Assisting Managers and Senior Managers with regulatory reporting

Undertaking statutory administration, including company incorporations, statutory filings, and preparation of minutes and resolutions

Maintaining and updating internal databases

Supporting senior staff with administrative and operational tasks as required
What We’re Looking For

Relevant experience within AML and corporate governance

Knowledge of local and international AML/CFT/CPF and sanctions legislation and regulation

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently

Relevant professional qualification, or willingness to work towards one
