Client administrator
As a Client Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to a portfolio of clients. The role involves managing client accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and internal procedures.
Key responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Process client instructions, including fund transfers, account amendments, and information updates
• Assist in the preparation of client reports, statements, and supporting documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve client queries and provide timely responses
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
