Our client is looking to appoint a Company Administrator to support the existing team in delivering high-quality corporate services.
Role overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing statutory and administrative support for a portfolio of client entities, ensuring service excellence and compliance with relevant procedures and regulations.
Key responsibilities
• Supporting the team with statutory work, including the preparation of documentation for signature and the drafting of minutes
• Liaising directly with clients and intermediaries to facilitate smooth and timely service delivery
• Preparing, checking, and inputting payments into various international banking systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls
• Ensuring all payments are processed in line with company procedures and compliant with internal and external audit requirements
• Filing all associated documentation promptly and in accordance with internal processes
• Engaging directly with directors and senior management on administrative and client matters
• Performing annual file reviews and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the internal database
• Managing and safeguarding company assets, including support on large-scale property purchase and sale completions
• Supporting the execution of ad hoc projects as directed
• Ensuring all tasks meet company service standards in terms of turnaround times and accuracy
Skills and experience
Essential
• 3–5 years’ experience in the corporate services or fiduciary industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage workloads effectively and work to tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of offshore trust and corporate structures, and the broader offshore regulatory environment
• Familiarity with international banking systems, payment methods, and the pre-requisites for processing payments
• Experience with foreign exchange transactions and understanding of account types offered by major banks
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgement, with the capability to work on one’s own initiative
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, ideally working towards a STEP or CG qualification
Desirable
• Demonstrated experience in managing large transactions such as property completions
• Prior involvement in client-facing roles with direct responsibility for service delivery
