Compliance Manager
Drive regulatory excellence and deliver expert compliance support across a portfolio of high-profile clients.
Responsibilities include
• Acting as MLRO, DMLRO, and or AML and CFT Compliance Officer for a range of assigned clients
• Designing and implementing tailored AML, CFT, and CPF risk frameworks suited to varied business models
• Developing and maintaining monitoring and reporting systems that meet current regulatory standards
• Providing support across licensing, governance, and wider compliance functions to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery
Skills and experience include
• A solid background in AML, CFT, and CPF operations within regulated environments
• Proven experience in a compliance role, ideally within B2C licensed eGaming operations
• Demonstrated ability to hold regulated roles such as MLRO, DMLRO, or AML and CFT Compliance Officer
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance to real-world scenarios
