We’re working with a leading life assurance provider who is looking to add a motivated, customer-focused Call Centre Representative to their Contact Centre team, based at their Castletown office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the industry who enjoys engaging with people and is passionate about delivering excellent service.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in resolving queries, providing clear and accurate information, and ensuring that each interaction reflects the company’s high standards of service.
The role
You will handle inbound calls and emails from policyholders, advisers, and stakeholders, ensuring that each customer receives timely, courteous, and helpful assistance. You’ll also liaise with internal departments to support end-to-end resolution of issues and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities include
• Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing clear, accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
• Logging and following up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
• Liaising with internal departments to help meet customer needs and expectations
• Maintaining a strong understanding of products and procedures to deliver informed support
What we’re looking for
• A minimum of two years’ experience in life assurance, ideally within a call centre or customer service environment
• Excellent communication and telephone skills with a warm, professional manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with customers and colleagues at all levels
• A genuine passion for customer service and delivering positive outcomes
