We’re working with a leading corporate services provider seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Trust & Company Administrator to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, ensuring statutory compliance across a varied portfolio, and supporting the wider team through technical expertise and mentoring. The role also offers exposure to director-level responsibilities, subject to senior management approval.
The Role
As Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders while supporting the ongoing development of the client portfolio. You will interact directly with clients, manage communications, maintain statutory records, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and business development.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality service to clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders to support long-term relationship development

Maintain statutory records and oversee administration of client portfolios

Communicate directly with clients and manage ongoing relationship requirements

Identify client needs and opportunities to enhance service delivery and generate new business opportunities

Ensure client commitments are delivered to agreed deadlines and to a high standard

Act as Director on client companies, subject to Senior Management approval
Commercial Responsibilities

Achieve personal targets relating to time recording, utilisation, and working capital management

Support Client Directors in reviewing profitability of client portfolios

Monitor and control WIP, support prompt fee collection, and highlight revenue opportunities

Coach and mentor junior team members to improve understanding of working capital processes and debt collection
Risk Responsibilities

Support line management in maintaining appropriate risk behaviours and achieving risk targets

Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and support strong governance practices

Use technical expertise to identify and mitigate risk within the client portfolio, escalating where required in accordance with policy

Professional and Technical Experience

Relevant industry experience with a proven track record of delivering first-class service to high net worth clients

Strong technical knowledge with experience managing complex transactions

Awareness of current issues affecting corporate structures and client environments
